Buddha Product Site Announces Debut of Informational Blog
Lethbridge, Alberta (PRWEB) October 17, 2008 -- BuddhaStatuesJP.com, a site which carries a comprehensive collection of Buddha-related statues, books, art, and music, announced the debut of an information blog, found at www.BuddhaStatuesReview.com.
The parent site was founded by Jack Gladstone on August 22, 2008. Dealing in a wide variety of Buddha products, the site contains many different styles of Buddha statues from laughing Buddha to gold trimmed Buddhas. The site, however, is also an informational source for those interested in the tradition of Buddha. To that end, the site deals in various Buddha books.
"We don't think Buddha is just a decoration tool. It means something," said Gladstone. "The books we carry cover the philosophical and ideological side of Buddha, and that makes our products all the more meaningful."
Tailoring to other forms of Buddha, there are also many posters and art prints depicting Buddha. There are even various CDs which can be used for meditation or relaxation.
"We strive to offer products for everyone interested in Buddha," said Gladstone. "We don't just carry one type of product. We have a little something for everyone."
Continuing the trend of being an information source for their customers, the site's new blog will include posts related to the world of Buddha. Customers can learn the origin of the Buddha image as well as traditions surrounding that image such as why it's believed to be good luck to rub a Buddha belly.
"Buddha has a lot of meaning and tradition behind it," said Gladstone. "Our blog will be a great place for our customers to learn about the products before they purchase."
